K&K Swim School has been inspiring our swimmers since 2014. Having taught thousands of swimmers, we’ve built our curriculum from the best industry standards, and we are excited to expand our team of water-loving enthusiasts.

THE ROLE:
Join our amazing team of K&K Instructors in inspiring, challenging, and growing our swimmers!
WAGE:
The starting wage is based on your previous experience.
$20-25/hr

THE DETAILS:
Be a know-it-all when it comes to the K&K Curriculum and get creative with lesson plans to help your swimmers crush their goals
Take on as many 4-hour shifts as you want and ensure flexibility in your schedule
Keep an eye on progress and chat often with swimmers and their families to keep them up-to-date in their K&K journey
Collaborate with fellow instructors
Be ready to teach swimmers of all ages in a private/group lesson environment
THE LOCATIONS:
We offer lessons at two convenient locations across Medicine Hat.
Some of our current Medicine Hat locations include:
Medicine Hat - Days Inn by Wyndham
Medicine Hat - Comfort Inn & Suites
We also operate in:
Saskatchewan – Saskatoon, Martensville, Warman, and Regina
Alberta – Balzac, Calgary, Cochrane, Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Stony Plain, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Grande Praire, Medicine Hat, and Spruce Grove
THE NECESSITIES:
Our instructors are not only rockstars at the tasks listed above, they are also…
Passionate about what they do and are excited to share that with their swimmers
Able to swim 25m of front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke (required)
Available for at least 1-2 evening shifts a week
Certified in First Aid, CPR and know how to swim (required). Other swim instructor courses are not required to apply - we’ll teach you the K&K way! Once part of the team re-certification is reimbursed.
Ready to work independently or with others
Flexible, reliable and ready to rock it
Love working with swimmers of all ages
Previous swim instruction experience is a bonus, but not a must
