In our Preschool Transition class, parents play an active role in guiding their 3 to 5-year-old swimmer through Learn to Swim 1 skills. This class is designed to ease the transition from Parent & Tot lessons to independent swim lessons or to introduce them to a structured class setting with extra support.

Swimmer will know how to control every olympic stroke without exhausting technique. Master breaststroke, butterfly techniques, streamline start, finish and transition with strokes, tread water, and head-up front crawl.

REFINING TECHNIQUE & BUILDING ENDURANCE

6:1 Swim Lessons

Advanced Swim Training (10-18 yers)

Designed for swimmers who have completed Stroke Development 4, our Elevate program focuses on refining technique, improving efficiency, and building endurance to help swimmers push their limits in the water. Swimmers will learn to manage their effort and efficiency, enabling them to swim 400 meters continuously with strong, controlled strokes.
