Remain calm to swim 5 meters independently while breathing to the front, on their back, and self-recovering at any point of safety around the pool.

Learn To Swim
LEARN THE BASICS
Problem-solve and remain calm to swim 7 meters independently while breathing to the front and on their back, and self-recovering at any point of safety around the pool.

Stroke Development
MASTER OLYMPIC STROKES
Swimmer will know how to control every olympic stroke without exhausting technique. Master breaststroke, butterfly techniques, streamline start, finish and transition with strokes, tread water, and head-up front crawl.
